This is their blonde cougar fermented with saison yeast. Poured into a tulip.

A - Poured a nice hazy light straw hue a one finger white head that slowly fades to leave a light blanket and light side lacing.

S - Aromas of a nice slightly bready malt blonde with soft crackers that yield way to lemons (not bitter but soft) and light well rounded funk. Very light in the barnyard department much more subtle.

T - Taste is alot more blonde cougar. Malty sweetness and bread, with soft lacto like creaminess, lemons (soft) citrus notes, funk/saison yeast is far back on the finish. Pleasent and rounded.

M - Mouthfeel is nice light in the mouth with slight creaminess and a slightly sharp finish.

O - Overall this was much more subtle than I expected. It is quite clearly a blonde with saison yeast and it all works for eachother. A good beer.
