A nice golden hazy color with a creamy white head. The aroma is a hop-heavy golden rye ale that has a lavish Pacific Northwest hop bouquet of nectarine, grapefruit and wood. The flavor is some bitterness accented by spicy, rustic rye malts. A nice dry, crisp and bitter finish.

A - Nice clear golden color with a fizzy, bubbly one-finger white head of foam. It left thin rings of lace on the glass.

S - Nice caramel notes with a touch of spicy rye notes.

T - Sweet with some citrus fruits. A light hop bitterness and a mild spiciness from the rye.

M - It was crisp, sharp and smooth. A light to medium bodied ale with a dry, clean finish.

O - This is a good, light, refreshing blonde ale. Another nice one at Vintage Brewing Co.

On tap at Vintage, 16oz served in a shaker pint 6/20/2014.

A- Slightly hazy straw yellow body. Half finger white head, no retention, some lacing.

S- Spicy rye notes, generous citrus aromas, crackers. Not complicated, but very nicely done.

F- Grapefruit, rye bread, biscuits. Not complex, but certainly nothing offensive or unbalanced about this one.

M- On the thinner side but certainly not watery. Good carbonation. Nice bitter citrus finish that isn't overly bitter, no heat to be spoken of. Very easy to drink.

O- Flavourful and hoppy, but not complicated or interesting. Certainly above average for a hoppy rye pale ale.
