Recently stumbled across my notes from The Festival 2012. Lets do this!
A - Poured a hazy golden hue with a one finger creamy head that hung around for some time. Solid look for something so light.
S - Blown away by intense, intense tropical hops. Tons of pineapple, mango, passionfruit, grapefruit. How something with such a low ABV could smell this good...
T - Taste is almost as good as the nose with more intense tropical notes. Lovely citrus, pineapple and the like, with a solid bready malt finish. Lightly sweet too.
M - Mouthfeel was spot on for a cask with a slight bitter, creamy finish.
O - Overall, I was VERY much looking forward to this at the festival and every break I had I would duck down to have a few pours of this beer. Really loved it, one of my favourite beers at the fest, recommended to everyone who came to the table I poured at.

Hand pumped at the brewery.
Yellow color with no head.
Nice predominant citrus aroma with clear notes of oranges-lemon and some pine.
Similarly, predominant flavor of orange and lemon that increases to a tea bag astringency. Hints of chamomile. Very dry and bitter aftertaste.
Light body with a practically flat carbonation.
If you like Citra hops that's your choice. You can feel it everywhere.

Served from a gravity cask off the bar at Moan in Dove in Amherst, Ma.
The ale poured into a 20oz Sam Smith glass came to me with an airy white 1" head which lasted only a few short moments. It was only slightly hazy and had a very faint straw gold color.
The aroma was super intense with a strong passionfruit character and slight grapefruit acidity.
The taste was pretty similar to the aroma though some slight bready malt flavors come through.
There was a bit of bitterness in the mouth but it seemed to fit nicely with the dryness of the beer.
Overall this was a great beer and would love the chance to have it again. The cask experince is probably the way to go as it really allowed the hop character to come through. My nose was in the glass the whole time, inhaling the juicyness of the hops. I've had citra hopped beers before and none have come close to showcasing the hop like this one, don't pass it up if you have the opportunity to get a pint.

Pale malt body, nice finger of head with ok retention and some lace.
Strong hops on the nose, pineapple, grapefruit, lemon and lemon rind, a soft background of English pale malts.
A thin body with a good fine carbonation delivers a good bitter mouthful of peppery hops. More of the same characters from the nose, citrusy and fresh, fairly bitter. Some subtle sweetish malt hints through the middle then lingers long and peppery. A touch of tea like astringency that is a feature.
I love low ABV hoppy cask ales. This is up there with Redemption Trinity. Lovely.
