Has a small, fizzy head, burgundy, fiery color with hints of brown oak in it.

Invites with aromas of fermented grapes, vinegar notes and sweeter malts, with hints of tart acidity.

Sparkling sourness convinces from the first glance, with a tongue-drying, vinous aspect, among high carbonation. It has a gentle fruity note of overripe grapes, which goes well with the sharp vinegar bite, resulting in a very pleasant taste, which reminds me of a good, medium-bodied wine. This brew has a fantastic complexity compared to its relatively low abv, with an intense, dry sourness, which gets especially recognizable during the finish, which is like the rest of the beer just very enjoyable.

Appearance - The beer was a reddish brown color with a bubbly white head.

Smell - The sour really jump out on this one, but there is some fruitiness.

Taste - My initial impression is the sour raspberry. Cherry skin and the lactic sour notes stimulate the tongue. The finish comes with the form of dry tart fruits.

Mouthfeel - The carbonation is modest, allowing the tastes to dance about the perimeter of the tongue.

Overall - This is an excellent example of the style.

On tap at Potent Potables in Jamestown, NC. Very good sour. Excellent balance. Dark red, so dark I initially though it was black.
