Aroma: sour and red fruit – not super intense, rich malt in the nose. Not a lot of hop aroma.
Brilliant coppery brown (Burgundy), 1” finely bubbled off white head that quickly dissipates. Some lacing.
Flavor: Fairly dry, has a slightly cherry plum fruity sweet-sour finish. A little prune especially in the after taste. No appreciable hops.
Very effervescent, medium body, creamy and refreshing.

Appearance: Pours a clear, dark brown with a finger of tan head that dissipates into a cap and
leaves mild lacing.

Aroma: This beer has a unique aroma of stinky cheese dominating the nose, and there is quite
a bit of mustiness coming through as well. Tart granny smith apple and a touch of candy sugar
are found in the background.

Taste: Starts off with a light, but noticeable malty sweetness. Followed by a good amount of
sourness, but it's not quite jaw-clenching. Finish is quite tart.

Palate: Body suggests a higher ABV than 5.5%, but it does go down easily, and the carbonation
level is about average. Must, stinky cheese, and tart apple make up the lingering aftertaste.

Overall: This is quite a tasty beer! This is the first beer that I've ever used stinky cheese as a
flavor descriptor, but it did work well in this one.

An excellent beer with great balance and pleasing tart fruitiness

taste: tart fruit/berries with slight funk and some candy sugar and sherbet with a hint of chocolate/roast and oak.

Highly recommended.

0,25l bottle poured into snifter.
Clear mahogany beer with scanty tan head, vanishing in seconds. Aroma is sour, red berries, vinegar, caramel. Taste is tart, more malty, than flanders red, some oak notes, cherry, lambic feel on a palate. Medium body and moderate carbonation.
