Must have been an old bottle because this was nasty! Drain pour all the way.

Pours two finger of head on a cloudy straw body.
The aroma is fruity with spice.
The taste has lemon bitterness, then a nice mild brown sugar sweetness. The texture is crisp and fizzy.
It's tasty.

A- A hazy liquid sunshine colored liquid with bubbly vapor trails throuh the ensembled. The white head is only .5 cm thick, but it is creamy a dense enough to dimple the top of the beer.

S- bready biscuit with some citrus and some sweetgrass.
T- Sweet malt, bread, caramel, grass, and some citrus. Everything works really well here. Soft and smooth, Silky, malty, yeasty and fetchin.

M- Creamy body with a nice amount of carbonation at the end to lighten things up. The finish is mostly clean.

O- this is extraordinary, very tasty. A silky, biscuit beer and went well with the softrind cheese I nibbled it with. Great sunset watching summer beer. I'll be searching for this in the future, got 3 bottles @ 8bucks apiece at Max's italian beer fest.

Tasted from 750mL bottle at Lush Roscoe, this one is a bit of a gusher. Pours amber orange with a medium off-white head that leaves nice lace on the side of the glass. Nose of light banana bread with some malt and a rye characteristic as well. There is some unexpected tartness on the palate with everything else fairly balanced between hops, malt, and yeast. Body is medium with light carbonation and a medium balanced finish.

Served in a Lagunitas mason jar.

I've been eying this line for some time, finally pulled the trigger on a few. This one pours a clear brass topped by a finger of lightly off-white foam. The nose comprises mild lemon zest, flowers, and light wheat. Fairly refreshing, actually. The taste brings in more of the same, with the citrus taking center stage, albeit a slightly dimmer one than expected. Still, not too bad here, even with a touch of biscuit cutting through near the finish. The body is a light medium, with a light moderate carbonation and a soft, cushy feel. Overall, a nice little Italian ale (yes, it's definitely an ale, says so right on the label and the brewery's website), one reminiscent of a Belgian golden of sorts. Not bad at all.

The bottle says "unpasteurized ALE"- not lager.

A- A hazy peach colored liquid with numerous streams of rising carbonation. The white head is only .5 cm thick, but it is creamy a dense enough to dimple the top of the beer.

S- White bread with some citrus and some grass. Simple and soft, but rather appealing.

T- Sweet malt, bread, caramel, grass, and some citrus. Everything works really well here. Soft and smooth.

M- Creamy body with a nice amount of carbonation at the end to lighten things up. The finish is mostly clean.

O- I find this to be very enjoyable. Makes for a very refreshing beer and would probably pair well with a lot of food, or just be good for sipping alone on a warm summer evening.

A nice, easy-drinking Italian lager. Fizzy but not gushing, this overflowed when popping the cap. Pours a nice, hazy golden brown, with some suspension of particulates. This is a fairly straightforward experience, with aromas and flavors of honey, tobacco, and yeasty bread, with an undercurrent of floral hops. Pleasant, but with a very short finish. Agreed with some of the other reviews that this is a perfectly acceptable eurostyle lager, but missing a certain je ne sais quoi that could take it to the next level.

Ive never heard of this brewery before so hopefully it looks alot better than its labeling it comes in a dark green 750ml magnum with a yellow foil cap and a yellow label on the front of the bottle that says"BIRRA ARTIGANALE IMPER ALE ALTER BIONDA" and it also has a label on the back in italian with the breweries address and a little spiel and even though its not cheap it looks it,anyways the brew itself pours a pale honey straw hue with nice carbonation that leaves a two finger head that quickly dissapates to a thin film of smog across the top and not much lacing at all,it has a very malty bread aroma about it with feint grassy hops in there aswell and you can just tell your smelling an italian beer and on taste you definately know your drinking one the taste is a really even mix of malty breads and some feint grassy hops with lemon and lime which finishes nice and dry almost champagnish but not bitter at all and the mouthfeel is very gassy/well carbonated almost too well carbonated as it definately doesnt leave you lingering about its taste and ingredients, even though this beer is very easy to drink its very easy to forget about aswell as its not worth its price and ill easily finish this bottle but i wont buy it again and could think of much more better beers at its pricetag.

Fruity floral flavor that was pleasant to drink but had a bit of a sour after taste.

A: Mostly clear light blonde-yellow in color. Forms a large, fizzy white head that reduces nearly as quickly as it forms leaving just a faint hint of a ring around the edge. Almost no lacing.

S: Aroma has a nice, light citrus quality to it, with notes of green grass and biscuit malts.

T: Taste is light and simplistic: Mildly sweet pale malts, corn, green apple, lemon, and some very light herbal hops. Finish reminds me of Capt'n Crunch.

M: Light bodied and crisp with an effervescent carbonation. Virtually no bitterness.

O: Let's face it, Euro Pale Lager, is not an overly complex style and this beer fits right in, being fairly simple and straight forward. Can't see it being worth the price tag, but, overall, not a bad drink.

again the aftertaste of all these is like i just smoked some cigs, but the looks are nice, pale hazy blonde with an inch of head when you pour it hard, and minimal head when you dont. the nose is cool from the yeast, simple but wheat malty and a little plain but well done. there is a cracker grain profile, a little richer than the other light one, but less so than the amber, which i didnt really like at all. enjoyable fruit esters, and a long grainy finish before the tar and cigarette kick in, o hate the finish, but the rest is solid. good bubbles, even though it looks a little flat, it tickles the tongue just right, and if this had a little less body it would be a much better beer. with all of these, freshness may be an issue. they are well made, but each is lacking something egregiously, and it makes them all average. all of them so far that is, still have a few to go. i would not buy this one again, although it easily beats the amber.
