A: Lots of cinnamon upfront, followed by light coffee and sweetness.

A: Deep orange color, totally opaque, with a moderate uniform white head that has very solid retention.

T: Cinnamon, coupled with moderately light coffee, and a light sweetness, reminiscent of cream on the finish.

M: Medium-light bodied, with soft mouthfeel from the oats, with moderate carbonation.

O: Excellent; the addition of cinnamon gives the milk stout an aroma and flavor very close to Cinnamon Toast Crunch.

As the sun sets before me, another beautiful beer engulfs me. I am on a raft drifting down the river Milk Stout, and there is coffee added and cinnamon... Heaven. Heaven? Yes, I must be on my way there.

On nitro tap at the Noble Ale Works 3rd Anniversary Party held at Noble Ale Works in Anaheim, CA.

Described as Naughty Sauce with Saigon cinnamon added.

Pours a hazy orange with a foamy off-white head that settles to a film on top of the beer. A foamy curtain of lace coats the glass on the drink down. Smell is of toasted malt, vanilla, coffee, cinnamon sugar, and cinnamon stick aromas. Taste is much the same with vanilla and earthy cinnamon flavors on the finish. There is a mild amount of roast bitterness on the palate with each sip. This beer has a lower level of carbonation with a slightly crisp and smooth mouthfeel. Overall, this is a pretty good beer with a cinnamon presence in the flavor that is more earthy than sweet.
