We tried to make the best California IPA we could, and maybe we didn’t make the best one in the state, but all we can say is, “I Love It!” This is a culmination of what we’ve learned (so far!) from making our single hopped series; we utilized some of our favorite hops: Mosaic, Simcoe, Citra, Centennial, Amarillo, Ekuanot and couple others. Golden in color, medium in body with flavors reminiscent of Frankenberry, magnolia flowers and ruby red grapefruit. The finish is dry and crisp.

Handsome clear golden yellow brew with plenty of foam in the wine glass. Spritzy on the tongue with a malty body. Vaguely fruity, lemony nose. Orange peel is the dominant flavor. Resiny taste with a dark, woody finish. Moderately sweet with an acidic edge.
Overall it's substantial and fruity with a sturdy bitter aftertaste with a dose of grapefruit peel. This is probably not at it's best but it's an interesting West Coast IPA I"ll have to try again. From the 16 oz can purchased at Barons Market. Packaged date is 06/27/19.

Very nice, drinkable IPA from a brewery that’s new to me. Pours a clear golden color with a little nice white cap of foamy head and spotty lingering lacing. Smells of some nice grapefruit, pineapple, melon, orange and mango fruity hops. Also some malt, caramel, vanilla and floral hops in the background. Taste follows the nose. Smooth, mild mouthfeel, good carbonation. Greaf balance between the slightly bitter hops and the sweeter malt backbone.

L: Light and clear honey gold brew with a two to three finger frothy head reminiscent of soap bubbles, decent retention and some lacing on the glass.
S: Citrus forward, notes of pine resin and cut grass.
T: Pine bitterness and orange rind dominate, some toast-like malt, off dry, a touch of mango, and grassy earthiness
F: Medium bodied with good carbonation and slightly oated mouthfeel
O: An easy drinking true West Coast IPA. Mostly one note citrus. Clean. I definitely enjoyed it but unsure whether I loved it enough to repeat over trying something new or an old standby.

Got this from RaulMondesi. 16 ounce can into tulip glass, no can dating. Pours slightly hazy medium golden yellow color with a 2 finger fairly dense and fluffy white head with fantastic retention, that reduces to a nice cap that lasts. Thick foamy lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Fantastic appearance. Aromas of big tangerine, red grapefruit, lemon, lime, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, papaya, mango, honeydew melon, guava, blueberry, gooseberry, citrus peel/rind, wood, green pepper, peppercorn, pine, cracker, white bread dough, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of citrus/fruity/tropical/earthy hops and moderate pale malt notes; with great strength. Taste of big tangerine, red grapefruit, lemon, lime, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, papaya, mango, honeydew melon, guava, blueberry, gooseberry, citrus peel/rind, wood, green pepper, peppercorn, pine, cracker, white bread dough, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness. Light-moderate pine, citrus peel/rind, herbal, woody, floral, grassy, peppery bitterness on the finish. Lingering notes of tangerine, red grapefruit, lemon, lime, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, papaya, mango, honeydew melon, guava, blueberry, gooseberry, citrus peel/rind, wood, green pepper, peppercorn, pine, cracker, white bread dough, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Awesome complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical/earthy hops and moderate pale malt flavors; with a great malt/bitterness balance, and no lingering hop astringency after the finish. Light-moderate increasing dryness from lingering bitterness. Medium carbonation and body; with a very smooth, moderately bready/grainy/sticky, and fairly crisp/resinous/rindy balanced mouthfeel that is great. Minimal warming alcohol for 7.5%. Overall this is an awesome IPA. All around awesome complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical/earthy hops and moderate pale malt flavors; very smooth, easy, and fairly crisp to drink; with the modestly bitter/resinous/drying finish, not aggressive. Loved the hop profile as expected. Extremely juicy, vibrant, and fairly dank/earthy hops; with a great clean pale malt backbone. Minimal residual sweetness with crisp resin dryness. A really enjoyable offering, and spot on west coast style example.
