This 2015 GABF Bronze Medal winner in the Session IPA category is pale golden in color, light-bodied and the ultimate treat for your nose with big hoppy aromas and flavors reminiscent of pink Nerds, white Airheads and melted Big Sticks.

Shame on me but I have a slight preconception against session IPAs for being too thin and watery - which has been proved wrong already many times by the likes of Founders’ All Day IPA. Now let me tell you that maybe this one is even better than that! Or at least, even more IPA-like.
Because not only it is full-on grapefruits and oranges in the aroma (unlike other reviewers I DO think the nose candy is appropriate...) and the flavor Just simply doesn’t thin out, doesn’t get watery. It is like a lighter version - of a fruit juice but with a good balance of water and the juice. I can still enjoy this all the way and don’t feel disappointed that it is lacking something. It is the perfect IPA that you can really session without having to worry about its consequences.
It is very very close in taste to the real fruit. Amazingly brewed with hops, malts and yeast only - and get citrus as the end result. Very good indeed! Looking for more from Noble.

On draft just down the road from the brewery.
Medium yellow in color with thin head and slight lacing.
Wow. This is a session??
Lots of citrus, some slight tropical notes and nice bitterness.
Nice body, flavor and substance for a lower abv IPA.
Carbonation is right on.
Easily drinks like a 6?%+
for a session, I'm sold.

L: Thin frothy head with moderate lacing on a hazy cup of sunshine.
S: Citrus including grapefruit
T: Same on the taste, kind of one-note but it's a note I'm enjoying
F: More dry with some carbonation, light to medium bodied, smooth

Crystal clear body; nice carbonation level; straw yellow in color; head is tall yet soapy and thin in appearance. Nice aroma yet not very prominent; malty; cracker and biscuit. Little distinctive hop flavor (other than bitterness) and not much malt character either. Medium-light body; crisp and biting on the palate; dry overall.
Drinkable but rather a one-dimensional wonder in that there is little hop and malt character other than a strong hop bitterness. There is little depth and no real complexity.

Light, and a bit dry, Raul is feelin’ kinda high. Sticky on the tongue, with lip smacking fun, Raul feels like he’s in the sun. Time settles, life waits, and Raul says: fours across the board!
