A: Bright lemon and lemongrass, with a zippy lacto sourness, and saltiness

A: Straw color, hazy, with a thin semi-rocky head that quickly dissipates into the glass.

T: Floral with a lemony tartness, moderate bready wheat presence, with a light salty finish.

M: Medium-light bodied with moderate carbonation.

O: Tasty; the beer has an interesting floral character from the tea without the typical tea earthiness. Pretty refreshing to drink!

Pours a semi clear yellow with a fizzy white head that disappears. Smells of salty tart lemon, lime, and orange citrus. Flavor follows with an interesting flavor I can't quite put my finger on but assume it is from the Mongolia oolong tea. Feel is nice and salty tart, light, easy to drink and very refreshing. Give me this by the case over summer and I will be one happy man. Prost(ish)!

Poured a nice light and slightly hazy yellow color with an off white head. Smells and flavors start off with the tart and funky Gose qualities you come to expect, and then you get hit by a green-tea by way of white-tea quality that is surprisingly potent. Like a Chinese tea garden.

I had this beer on-tap in a goblet at the brewery.

Appearance: cloudy yellow hue with a thin white layer of foam. Not bad.

Smell: bright, tart and wheaty. A classic gose aroma, but with a floral twist. I like it.

Taste: wheaty and lightly sweet. There's a good tartness here along with a very complementary botanical character. It reminds me of jasmine, actually. I think it's great!

Mouthfeel: medium-light body with a decent carbonation and creaminess.

Overall: the real story with this beer is the botanicals. They really elevate the gose in a complex way.
