Was in Lemont, with the wife on a Wednesday afternoon, heard about 3 Corners from a co-worker and thought we would have lunch there. Once we found it, I understood the name, walked in seemed nice, was greeted by the bartender/server and sat down, ordered a few apps, they were ok, beer selection sparse, settled on a Anti-Hero in a can, wife had her wine. All in all not bad and would go back if in the area.

Went to 3 Corners on a Friday night with a few friends for dinner and a few beers. It is avery nice atmosphere, family oriented. There were a few TVs with sports on.

The service was a bit slow. It was a full crowd but not overly crowded so I'm not sure what was slowing things down. The waitress was very pleasant but didn't know much about beer. We also had to ask for a glass, several times. The waitress brought the wrong beer once.

The selection was decent size, at least on the menu. The first two beers I ordered they were out of. We decided to get a sampler of nine beers. I mentioned we liked IPAs. Of the nine there was 1 IPA and 3 pumpkin beers, not to crazy about that. On the menu they had Green Flash, Racer 5, and Hop Stoopid. Since I was having a hard time finding a beer I wanted in stock I asked the waitress to bring me 1 of these. She brought a Lagunitas IPA. It isn't what I ordered but it was good.

The food was great. I ordered a blue cheese burger with pub chips, it was very good. The bun was a pretzel bun, different but good.

I would certainly come back. My only disappointment was the bad luck on the beer being out of stock. Maybe I just picked a bad night to go. I'll try again and hope they have all their beers available.

The beer was the draw, but the food won out.

They're trying to be an upscale beer restaurant, which is great because it really brings in the women, and I think they succeed. It's a great place for a group or to meet new friends.

The two female bartenders were more than attentive without being pushy. I like to finish my beer before I am asked whether I would like another.

I enjoyed the freedom they gave me in making my own mixes of draft choices. The beer menu had the usual recommendations of Half & Half, or Black & tan, but my requests to create my own were encouraged.

I ordered the buffalo shrimp and they are fantastic. Grilled, not fried, shrimp are killer. I actually believe the bartender when she said I made the best choice.

I had the New Belgian Summer, very new belgian, and several others that were all served in appropriate glassware and refreshingly cold on a hot summer day.

I'll be back here,... warn them.

I have been in this place three times (the most recent being about 2 hours before writing this review).

The atmosphere is pretty nice considering this place is basically the end unit on a suburban strip mall. Nice lighting and a cool bar area give a great vibe. There are some TVs but they certainly do not dominate.

The beer selection is quite good for the area, with some surprising stuff available. I wouldn't say the draft selection is huge, but there are usually 3-4 gems in there. The bottle selection is way more impressive, covering all the right domestic craft and import bases. I actually had a bottle of Founder's KBS here when it was "in season"! The only bad beer experience I have had was when they put all 22oz bombers on sale for $6 and I had a really old and oxidized bottle of Stone Arrogant Bastard (normally one of my favorites).

The service is adequate and friendly and the food is very good and reasonably priced. All in all I like this place a lot and I hope they maintain some dedication to their craft beer bar status.

This place has a very unique selection of beers from every style; which changes each week to month. They carry some BIG hitters from Kentucky Breakfast, Stone,Crispin Cider, to Racer 5.

THe mixology Beer menu is perfect to arrange the pallet for a touch of goodness.

They also carry a strong selection of $7 Bomber bottles that cover A-Z...

Tuesday night is $3 pint night and Wed brings back the old school can for a $1. Are you kidding me!!

Oh Ya I forgot the Beer Garden opens in weeks with even more draught selection.

It never gets old at down on the corner!
