Almost all of my 7 brothers worked here as teens and delivered beer and sold it at the front (home trade) including myself from the late 70's through early 90's. It was here that I discovered great beer. At first it was the 48 pack of rolling rock returns, then the german beers and asian, belgian, mexican etc. Then micros from penn brewery, anchor and sam etc.

Stopped in the other day to grab a case of something and did my looking around. Lots of macro beers as expected. Walked over to the micros and noticed dogfishead, stone, great divine great lakes etc. Noticed great lakes conways irish ale, and holy moses. Those beers are spring and summer ales, both had expired dates on them. Has titan ipa, expired date in 8-2010. ALso had sirrea nevadas summertime ale,,,,yes expired. The prices were a little steep also. The craft section is outdated and sucks. This place should be used for ordering kegs or macro only beers. The cashier was plenty nice enough and the the place is easy to find right off route 22 , with plenty of signs.

First off I've drank from many kegs that were special ordered from Santiago. There's a huge sign visible off of 22/30 going from the Northern panhandle of West Virginia to the Western suburbs of Pittsburgh. I've never stopped until recently, an impressively huge showroom with many micros, macros, and imports were available and that was just one side of their warehouse. I believe they are an Iron City wholesaler for this region. My friend jcdiflorio has been getting specialty kegs and one offs from as special orders for some time. Just recently he had Smuttynose Finest Kind IPA, Nugget Nectar in the past, as well as some East End offerings. I didn't receive much attention but I was just browsing as I was passing through, I was amazed that the Imperial exit had such a massive selection of brews available.
