12oz. bottle into Hill Farmstead stemware. Shared with schen9303.
Pours a very thin light, white foamy head with little retention. Beer is a clear pale orange that reveals ample carbonation. Spotty lace with little stick. Average.
Nose is citrussy and floral. Hints of mandarin, cane sugar, coriander and a woody tartness. Nicely aromatic.
Opens citrus and other tropical fruit. Starfruit, pineapple and grapefruit tartness balanced by a foamy, funky oak presence. Dry and puckering in the middle with coriander, peppercorn and other spices. Finishes the same with the addition of a light, peppery bitterness. Aftertaste of lemon and citrus rind. Really good.
Light bodied with ample carbonation. Prickly and foamy in the mouth and dry and puckering going down. Clean, dry finish with a slightly lingering, coating aftertaste. Really drinkable.
Although the flavor is distinctive, pleasant and well integrated, its the mouthfeel that really carries this one. Incredibly drinkable with a bone dry end that is just perfect. Certainly worth trying!

375 mL bottle poured into a snifter.
Appearance - Hazy deep orange. Small white head. A little leggy with some lacing.
Smell - Orange and grassy hops. Light acidity. White wine.
Taste - Very hoppy. Orange and grassy hops. White wine is much sharper. Oak. Tartness builds and dies off quickly.
Mouthfeel - Medium light body. Well carbonated.
Overall - Reminiscent of Juicy. I like the wine barrel and level of hoppiness.

Bottle: Poured a hazy golden color ale with a medium white head with light retention. Aroma of funky yeast with vinous notes is quite interesting. Taste is a mix of vinous notes with some citrusy notes and some barnyard notes. Body is about average with good carbonation. I really enjoyed the barnyard notes in this one but I would prefer it even more if the acidity was more subdued.

Big thanks to pushkinwow for sharing the bottle!
Hazy, golden orange color with a fizzy head, dissipating quickly. Funky, grassy with some citrus and a bit of cat pee. Again, big funky taste with some light vinous notes and acidy. The finish is a bit thin and falls off quickly. A tasty beer, but pales when held next to its counterparts.
