12oz. bottle into Hill Farmstead stemware. Shared with schen9303.

Pours a very thin light, white foamy head with little retention. Beer is a clear pale orange that reveals ample carbonation. Spotty lace with little stick. Average.

Nose is citrussy and floral. Hints of mandarin, cane sugar, coriander and a woody tartness. Nicely aromatic.

Opens citrus and other tropical fruit. Starfruit, pineapple and grapefruit tartness balanced by a foamy, funky oak presence. Dry and puckering in the middle with coriander, peppercorn and other spices. Finishes the same with the addition of a light, peppery bitterness. Aftertaste of lemon and citrus rind. Really good.

Light bodied with ample carbonation. Prickly and foamy in the mouth and dry and puckering going down. Clean, dry finish with a slightly lingering, coating aftertaste. Really drinkable.

Although the flavor is distinctive, pleasant and well integrated, its the mouthfeel that really carries this one. Incredibly drinkable with a bone dry end that is just perfect. Certainly worth trying!

Opened the bottle and got a little gush on it, not too bad. Pours a bright gold, small head that falls to some nice lacing. Nice thin white film on the top. Smell is very citrusy. Can pick up a hint of bret, lemon, oak. Taste follows the nose, with a lemon rind after taste. Very citrusy and and just a tad tart, nothing over powering. Mouthfeel is medium body, slightly carbonated, very easy to drink. Nice little easy drinking beer. Drank outside on a warm spring day. Really delightful.

Consumed during a CD4-10 tasting. Not sure the exact components but believe I heard this was primarily wine barrel-aged dry-hopped Susan with a few other components thrown in.

One of my favorites of the series. The hops add a nice juiciness that complements the wine barrel tartness and adds a nice complexity. Flavors of citrus, oak, lemons, oranges, and wine come out with a dry finish.
