750ml bottle. Blend #10. Served in a Hill Farmstead stemmed glass. Pours a darker copper, slightly orange hue, one finger white head, good retention, not much lacing. Smell is tart vinegar, light roasted malt, HF microfloral funk, oak, vinous character, citrus and leather. Interesting nose, especially following Clover. Flavour is a nice combination of funk, white vinous character, citrus, caramel, a bit of zest, light graininess, touch of roast. It's an interesting blend with the Phenomenology of Spirit contribution being unmistakable. The Art seems to sit in the background providing some complexity, but certainly not as funky as the actual Art (which we had after this) or Clover. Mouthfeel is medium bodied, soft carbonation, rich yet drinkable, with a moderate tartness on the backend. Overall, an interesting blend of saisons which seems to somehow diminish the Art yet elevate the other components to create something unique.

POured out as a hazy yellowish orange color with a white head on top. The smell of the beer has a little funky tartness to it, some subtle citrus wine like notes in there too. The flavor is pretty soft with some acidic tartness in the finish. The feel is light bodied and well carbonated. Overall it's a nicely done saison.
