Rather dry. Some wine flavors. Tart, but not sour. Also did I mention dry?

Drank at HF onsite: this isn't a style myself or my friends with get excited about...
Really remarkable beer. The nose was fantastic with depth of farmhouse and barrels, some floral notes. The taste is what really shocked us all. Such a wave of fantastic flavors all working together. The barrel comes through well and doesn't overpower. So easy to drink that I regretted sharing with my close friends!
Would love try this one again.

Bottle at the brewery. Shared with Paul. What a great trip.
Translucent orange body with a thick white cap. Aromas of funk, oak, wine, assorted citrus. Vibrant saison character with orange and lemon notes. Brett funk and wine characteristics with juicy citrus. Complex and delicious.
