Brewed with our friend Luc Bim Lafontaine - A salty, citrusy American IPA brewed with Mosaic and Citra Hops.

the name suits the beer, it feels like a hug when you drink it.

Poured from a 25-oz bottle into a tulip glass
A - A delightful sunset/straw color with an enjoyable haze, too. A moderate white head forms on top of the brew and laces down the glass.
S - Chockfull of orange and grassy aromas. Lemongrass and grapefruit make their presence known, too.
T - The hops definitely have some orange and floral notes, but the overwhelming flavor is of a super ripe, sweet yellow grapefruit. The malt is reminiscent of sugar cookies. The finish is wonderfully lean and dry, with lingering mild bitterness and citrus.
M - Light and crisp with a sprightly carbonation. The 6.0% ABV makes it a great summer sipper.
O - A knockout beer - do we expect anything less from a Hill Farmstead IPA?
