Brewed at Hill Farmstead in August of 2013 when Tim and Adair came to Vermont for our Festival of Farmhouse Ales, this beer was aged for over a year in carefully selected barrels and then blended, bottled and allowed to mature for nearly a year.
Our friendships with and love of Tim and Adair are showcased here. We are honored and proud to share this beer with you—a transcontinental offering that is truly a work of love.

Bottle onsite at Hill Farmstead. Shared with my wife outside on a hot summer day.
Golden orange body with a bone white head. Copious lacing that leaves a sheet of sticky residue in its wake.
Floral and grass scents. Funky, oak barrel character with notes of melon.
Tart, but not acetic or biting. Refreshing fruity character.
Medium bodied with robust flavor.
Excellent!

Onsite bottle pour at Hill Farmstead Brewery in Greensboro Bend, VT.
This one pours a slightly dulled straw yellow, with a touch of haze, a fluffy head, and a lot of lacing.
This smells like funky old lemons, oak, white wine, vanilla, lime rind, dry grassiness and minerality, and mustiness.
This is complex and befitting of the hype and adoration it has received. It’s got a complex and old funk to it - musty, webby, and rindy, with lemon, funky cheese, white wine, stone fruit, grape skin, oak, and just a touch of vanilla. I want so much more of this.
This is light bodied, clean, and with only a touch of lingering acidity, with a soft and light level of carbonation. You want to be able to sip this forever.
This has been a major long time want for me, and I’m really excited that I finally encountered it onsite at Hill Farmstead. It’s got a complex and time-worn funk, with awesome barrel character. It’s a great representation of both breweries.
