Poured from a pint can, the body is an apricot color with nice foamy head. Excellent lacing.
Nose is a delicious peach, mango and earthy hop.
Taste mostly follows nose and adds a pleasant dankness (simcoe?) with just a touch of bitterness on the back end. Satisfying movement from fruit to dank to fading bitter to soft finish.
Mouthfeel is very good and carbonation solid. Very soft.

Poured into a 13 oz tulip glass canned on 11/10/2020. Pours a hazy yellow orange with a finger plus sticky white head that leaves a ton of lace as it slowly settles into a thin layer of white bubbles. 5
Smell papaya, pineapple, tangerine, boysenberry, passionfruit, and apricot.
4.75
Taste follows papaya, passionfruit, pineapple, tangerine, boysenberry, and apricot. Really balanced and incredibly good. 4.75

Second or third can from a six pack canned on 06/30/20.
A- Pours from the 12oz can into a becher glass with a body that is a golden to very light orange and fairly hazy. The cap forms with a foamy, frothy texture to a finger high with great retention. Large sheets of lacing with webs between them decorate the glass.
S- Strong hops emanate from the glass a few feet away with great aromatic strength. The hops suggest a fruity and juicy flavor profile with notes of guava, melon, papaya, dank weed, nectarine, floral and soft citrus. Juicy stone and tropical fruits are just wonderful on the nose. Oats, a spiciness and a medium sweetness come to mind.
T- The flavor profile shifts a bit from the aroma bringing in more citrus as well as some herbal, grassy, candied orange, berry and leafy spicy hops. Orange creamsicle, peach, mango, weed, scallion, tangerine, melon, whole wheat, pineapple, bready and oaty notes. Moderately sweet but balanced with the sharp bitterness.
MF- Thick and creamy body with a moderate level of carbonation. Incredibly soft and smooth. Ends with an intense oily bitterness.
A lot of IPAs lately lose the delicate juicy and softer hop notes found in the aroma on the palate. This one shifts quite a bit from the aroma but overall a great balance is struck between the bitter, sweet, juicy, floral and other bold flavors. The aroma is just unreal tropical/stone fruit nectar.

L — That lovely Society&Solitude haze. Glowing golden orange with near total opacity and 2 fingers of dense white head that retains and laces quite well. Pretty much the ideal NEIPA appearance, IMO
S — Orange creamsicle, jasmine black tea, fresh picked pine, guava, mixed berry, kiwi, sweet basil, hint of diesel
T — Rindy citrus, white cornmeal, leafy earthiness, peach, hint of melon
F — Soft, fluffy, and super drinkable. Medium carb
O — I just can’t get enough of the love HF shows for Simcoe. It’s a great hop, and they select some of the best crops
