750ml bottle poured into a Black Tuesday taster glass.

A~ burnt orange with a little head and a little lacing.

S~ following the appearance burnt candied oranges, wheat, other citrus and some sweet red wine.

T~ follows the nose, more acidic here with a ton of honey maybe from Anna?

M~ nice carb with lingering acidic burn.

O~ definitely a nice blend! maybe a tad too much barrel and a little to acidic but other than that i have nothing bad to say about this one. will age nice for sure!

Quite carbonated, not exactly a gusher, but there is some foam to capture almost immediately after opening. Good head production, excellent retention, and nice lacing. Golden transparent brew, with lots of lively action.

Rustic and musty aroma, with pale sweetness, wildflower honey, and a light sourness. Smells simultaneously strong and delicate. Reminiscent of Cantillon.

Exceptionally tart up front, carrying a distinctly vinegary note. Oaky, slightly sweet and grainy, musty. Retains a saison backbone, but has little else in common with the base brews. Apples, pears, vinegar, white wine, hay, honey, earth, light tobacco. Really deep; every sip begs for another, to further explore the depth and complexity.

Slightly puckering; medium bodied. Soft.

An exceptional brew. More sour than I anticipated, much like the sours of Belgium, and less like the saisons I expect from HF.

My 1000 beer check in on BA, so had to make it something special. I felt it had to be a Hill Farm and had to be something special ... barrel Aged, limited, and representative of what makes HF the iconic brewer HF is, oh and it also had to be something that I had in my cellar ... the winner was Civil Disobedience 19. Met and exceeded expectations! Thanks to you world best Brewers up there in Greensboro Bend!

750 mL bottle. Hazy body. Smells of lots of wine. Oak. Some vanilla. A bit of acidity. Tastes of lots of white wine. Almost sweet. Fruity. Oak. More white wine. Lightly tart. Medium body. Soft carbonation. Very slight astringency. Tasty, but it’s a wine bomb.

Bottle: Poured a hazy yellow color ale with white foamy head. Aroma of tart notes with light floral undertones is quite nice. Taste is a nice mix of tart notes with floral undertones. Taste is a mix of tart notes with oak presence and some lemon notes with nice floral undertones. Body is about average with good carbonation. Nice beer with lots of subtle complexities.

This one pours a bright and sunny orange, slightly hazy, with a fluffy white head, and a good amount of lacing.

This smells super distinctive, it's that classic punchy HF farmhouse yeast- biting citrus and hay-like funk, with vinous white wine, some oak, and mineral water.

This is stupid delicious. It's got a great mineral water/mineral funk character to it- it's that classic HF water coming through and influencing the yeast in the best way. There's a lot of fruit and citrus here- apricot and grapefruit, some white grape, and a good white wine character. There's an expressive floral and grassy character, too. This is stupid complex.

This is light bodied, and very clean, with a lingering acidity on the finish that demands you take another sip.

This being essentially a mix of Art and Flora certainly helps out. It's absolutely delicious.

outta the box and into the fridge.

looks fantastic in the glass, murky pale yellow, appears well carbed

aroma is fantastic, tart, funk, and that hf character yeast. yes a lot of arthur coming through

this is quite delicious. big on the arthur. lots is sweetness, nice wine notes. really soft finish, starts off try but real nice sweetness at the very end. arthur is significantly prevelent

mouthfeel helps create the nice flavor. it's well carbed but very delicate, with a juicy mouthfeel and dry sweet finish

overall this might be the closet i'll ever get to trying art lol. very well done and a very nice blend. i like these blends that the big guys put out, i could drink nonna's blends, pulling nails and civil disobedience's for the rest of my life!
