750ml bottle poured into a unmarked oversized wine glass at Hill Farmstead.

A~ glowing copper with a big head and a little lacing.

S~ lots of lemon/lime up front followed by slight bitterness and black pepper. wine barrel brett funk on the end.

T~ funk is up front here! nice white wine, bretty barnyard funk. here comes the citrus! lemon, lime, yuzu, and orange. little acidic on the back end but it doesn't take away from it!

M~ great carb. very soft and refreshing.

O~ another great addition to the series! you can really tell that its BA Dorothy and Arthur Puncheon. nice hop bitterness from BA Dorothy, citrus and soft, delicate feel from Arthur Puncheon. delicious!

750 mL bottle. Hazy pale orange. Smells of white wine, oak, some grain. Tastes pretty tart right up front. Kinda grapefruit tartness. White wine. Oak. As it warms, the back end becomes a little more grainy and yeasty. A touch of brett. Medium light. Low carbonation. Got much better as it warmed. Maybe not as good as the individual components, though.

On site pour at Hill Farmstead. 750ml poured into two wine goblets.

Copper, clear, active carbonation bubbling up into foamy white head. Head settles into thin whispy collar and a few floating islands. Lacing hangs in wide swoops on the glass.

Aroma is citrus zest, juice, white wine grape and must. Bit of sweet tartness and hint of grass.

Flavor is tart, zingy, citrus zest, wine grape juice and white wine skin. Has an underlying earthiness and noticeable oak from the barrel. Excellent balanced flavors.

Moderate carbonation and medium bodied.

A great blend, full of rich layers of flavor. I am really happy they released some for retail.
