This one pours a very hazy golden yellow color, with a small foamy head, and lots of lacing.
This has a huge tangerine juicy aroma on it, with some melon, white grape, fresh pine, and grapefruit - it's a well balanced juice bomb.
This is understandly wonderful. Simcoe provides a clean and balancing zesty bitterness, while the Nelson adds that wonderful exotic juiciness - grape, melon, tangerine, etc. There's a lot to love about this.
Hill Farmstead consistently produces the best beers in basically every style for my personal palate.

Poured from a 12 oz can into a Dogfish Head tulip
L: Cloudy juice-like pour. Golden yellow color with 2 fingers of foamy white head. Solid ring of lacing.
S: Tropical and juicy... citrus/grapefruit rind, tangerine, and grass
T/F: Grain/malt backbone with a classic Hill-Farmstead juicebomb hop profile. Loads of citrus... grapefruit, tangerine, and grape must. Earthy... zesty carbonation. Medium in body. Finish is juice.
O: A fantastic Hill Farmstead IPA. Similar to a lot of their others but that is far from a criticism. All around delicious.

16oz can poured into a Casey snifter.
A~ bright orange that fades to yellow a bit. not much of a head and a tiny bit of lacing.
S~ tons melon and a little peach up front followed by earthy bitter hops and some zesty rye.
T~ follows the nose less bitterness but more earthy hops here. fruit still stays definitely some kind of melon and maybe a little green grape? also still get the zesty rye on the finish.
M~ really smooth and great carb.
O~ sooo we have my first real can rate! haha! the cans seem to hold up great! really enjoying this! i guess this series will continue to change
