12oz can poured into a Hill Farmstead taster.
A~ glowing yellow with a slight head and a little lacing.
S~ a lot of malt up front... strange... followed by grassy Simcoe, a little burnt orange and mango.
T~ a lot better here! a ton less malt presence with more grassy Simcoe. tangerine and a little lemon/lime mid pallet ending with some dank earthy goodness!
M~ nice carb but a little green (burny)
O~ definitely my least favorite of the series so far, i guess i don't like the combo of Centennial and Simcoe but all in all it was still really cool to try. i love the always changing hops!

12oz. can served in my Spiegelau IPA glass. Pours a dull, hazy orange with a fluffy, two inch, bright white head that eventually settles into a thin, consistent skim. Swaths and rings of lacing coat the glass as the brew recedes. Nose expresses spice, pith and orange zest. Taste follows nose - definitely on the dank side of the style with some medicinal notes at the finish. Mouthfeel is light-medium in body with a pleasant, even carbonation and pleasant fullness to the body without coming off overly malty. Overall, a nice and drainable juice bomb alternative.

Can: Poured a hazy bright yellow color ale with a nice large white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of citrusy notes with light tropical fruit is enjoyable. Taste is a mix of juicy citrusy notes with light tropical notes with a dry finish. Body is about average with good carbonation. Refreshing and well brewed but maybe a tad dryer then I like.
