Really unique, beautiful, easy drinking funky pale ale. Pale yellow, lemony. Belgian yeastiness, tart funky, bready, white wine, citrus, apple, lemon curd, really nice light carbonation and soft feel.

Poured from a 25.4 oz bottle dated 03/12/2019 into a stemmed tulip glass.

Pours a cloudy yellow straw color with 2 fingers of super effervescent white head. The head leaves a plethora of sticky cobweb lacing as it settles into a literal brick of foam.

The aroma is very citrusy and faintly tart up front. Nicely floral. Lots of oranges and grapefruit, some lemon zest. Then comes a wave of bananas and slight funk. The back end is bready, yeasty, and subtly grassy.

The flavor brings loads of grapefruit and orange, as well as some cracked pepper spice. There's some banana and yeast before a floral wave of hops.

The feel is medium bodied with good carbonation. Smooth and creamy with a dry finish. Lacks the vibrant, crisp carbonation of other HF saisons.

Overall, another great farmhouse ale from Hill Farmstead. This one is not nearly as tart or "funky" as its counterparts, but it's still wonderfully unique and complex.
