Notes:
Flora is the wine barrel-aged version of Florence (1915-1967), Edward’s sister, as well as the name of our Farmstead® wheat ale. We selected a single barrel of Flora and conditioned it atop a blend of fresh peaches and gooseberries from nearby Elmore Roots Nursery. The result is a complex, elegant expression of the 2018 harvest.

Look: golden, unfiltered, light. Good layer of foam.
Smell: peach, gooseberry, lemon
Taste: mainly peach with a small hint of gooseberry and lemon in the back.
Mouthfeel: nice round body, good carbonation
Overall: soft, good body and easy drinkable. A bit one sided leaning towards the peach.
