750ml bottle, Feb 7, 2020 bottling date, poured into a stemless wine glass.

The beer pours bright straw color, golden and orange hues, slightly cloudy with a big, foamy white head, good retention and nice stripes of sticky lacing. The aroma is very nice, dank galaxy hop, lots of citrus, pineapple, quite floral with a nice funkiness, mineral water, pale dough and soft oak. The flavors are great, tangy citrus, tropical pineapple, grassy and dank with a nice pine and a great floral bouquet, light oak and grain and a strong funky finish with a nice mineral water character. The mouthfeel is nice, coating and lively with a pleasant medium body, slightly tart with a dry finish.

Verdict: A nice addition to the series from Hill Farmstead. A great expression of galaxy hops, fragrant, fruity, tangy, floral with a nice funkiness, good barrel presence and a great balance.

This one pours a moderately hazy golden yellow color, with fluffy foamy head, and lots of lacing.

This smells like funky almost ripe pineapple and melon, grapefruit, grassy funk, citrus, and spice.

This series continues to hit all of my buttons. Hill Farmstead tends to utilize Galaxy hops quite well. There's pineapple, melon, grapefruit, and maybe a touch of passionfruit, along with a dry grassy funk, some light acidity, and lemon rind. There's a touch of oak too, and some light white wine.

This is light bodied, very drinkable, and smooth and bitter on the finish, in a good way.

This is probably #5 in the series for me - Motueka, Saaz, Nelson, and Riwaka are a bit better in my (uneducated) opinion.
