Very Good

Hazy lemon drop yellow with a short white head settling to a level but thin blanket.

Wow, this is delivering characteristics of passion fruit, yellow apple and pear with surprisingly crisp clarity.

It's got a quenching tartness on its medium body where its firm yet tingly froth belies a delicate funk that's only mildly present within the emerging wine barrel as it warms.

This one pours a vibrant clear golden yellow color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.

This smells like lemony hops, orange rind, stone fruit, white wine tartness, that classic grassy/citrusy HF funk, and honey.

This is pretty underrated stuff, like most of the Leaves of Grass series. There's a nice clean hop character to it, with stone fruit, orangey hops, a bit of pine, etc. There's also white wine, that classic bucolic HF funk character, and some honey sweetness.

This is very crisp, and pretty clean, with not much in the way of lingering acidity. It's quite drinkable.

The message behind the beer is very worthy, and the beer itself is quite tasty.

Pours golden, very little head. Some citrus on the nose. Taste is crisp, clean, some bright fruit notes with tartness that is nicely balanced. Not overly acidic. Nice beer overall.

Poured from the 750 ml bottle into the test glass
A - Slightly hazy goldenrod colored backdrop, excited carbonation feed an initial thin cap, and relentless ring that clings to the glass.
S - Semillion grape, some tropical fruit, pineapple reduction, green apple , white pepper, a whiff of sulfur
T - Green grape skin, oak tannin hiding in the back, orange reduction with a touch of honey. This all ceneterd around a strong wine barell thread. That farmhouse touch that is just HFB for sure
M - Bright on the palate, a line walk of tart and sweet, a very nice acidity leads to a bit of ashen finish
O - What a delight, this bottle conditioning program is exceptional
