Notes: Our family of Farmstead® single-hop India pale ales continues to grow with a new iteration featuring Vic Secret hops, sourced from Australia. Following suit with previous Self-Reliance entries, this release was aged in our puncheons for over four months prior to bottling and dry-hopped prior to packaging.

750 mL bottle. Mostly clear pale yellow. Smells of yogurt, light lemony hops, light herbals, and some melon. Tastes of melon, white wine, grain, herbaceous hops, light acidity, and some melon fruitiness. Medium light. Pleasant, crisp, tart. Easy drinking.

This one pours a slightly hazy golden yellow color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.

This smells like spicy and herhal hops, grapefruit, citrusy funk, wine, and oak.

This is a solid middle of the road entry for this series so far. It's got that great citrusy and oaky funk that they all have, along with nice spicy and herbal bitterness, and some grapefruit and maybe pineapple?

This is light bodied, citrusy, and pretty clean, with a great drinkability.

I absolutely love this series, and I feel a big need to track down every new entry.
