Poured from a bottle (20Mar2020) into a Belgian glass

L: pours a clear light yellow gold (srm ~3?) with a decent effervescent white head. Fades after a couple minutes but leaves a decent layer once it does - minimal/no visible carbonation

S: great farmhouse nose I expected, a bit of light fruit leads with some slight tart/funk as well. I find the kiwi aroma more merges with the light lemon and punches it up a bit rather than dominates. There’s some slight peppery spice, a bit of wheat/under baked bread

T: follows the nose well, with the kiwi coming through more especially as it’s warmed a bit. Fruit shines in a nice way, flavor is there but doesn’t overpower the base brew. Nice and clean acidity, very well balanced. Medium finish, kiwi carrying through with dough notes as well

F: medium carbonation, medium- body, very clean and drinkable beer with a bit more of a full feel on the finish

O: very tasty farmhouse ale, with some present but not overly assertive fruit flavor

Poured from a 375 ml bottle into the test glass
A - Honeysuckle colored, excellent clarity, steady carbonation champagne style feeds a thin ring of snow white.
S - Mash up of lemongrass, kiwi, blood orange, wheat mixed cultures. An initial kiss of sulfur quickly exits, then a bit of barnyard.
T - All the nose brings with a delightful minerality, chalky element is quite something. Alsace wines come to mind
M - Palate is dry, light in its footprint, quick to move through. leaving a delightful dry finish
O - I love this series, this offering is citrus leaning, dry in finish. Delightful on the palate
