Brother Soigné, our Farmstead® ale brewed with blood orange, lime, and hibiscus. We take a small amount of this base beer and age it atop pomace—in this instance, cherry and raspberry. The result becomes Soignée.

750ml bottle with Silver pressure cap poured into Hill Farmstead branded (with black logo) Durobar Charente glass.
Label states: "bottle conditioning since Nov 7, 2019".
Appearance: Opaque Golden bodied Saison. Bone white head that pours 2 fingers tall. Head drops down to a thick ring around the glass which remains for the entire time that I am drinking this beer. No lacing at all.
Smell: This smells like the Saison version of Rainbow Sherbet.
Taste: Limes & lime zest leading the way with a decent amount of blood orange tartness coming through as well. Dry and funky oak. Perhaps a hint of raspberry tartness in the finish, but there is this distinct dry cherry thing happening that is probably keeping the raspberry from popping out. The cherry note reminds me of a good Belgian Kriek. The lime and blood oranges seem to intensify as the beer warms. The dryness of the beer also becomes drier as it warms up/opens up.
Mouthfeel: Medium - light bodied Saison with somewhere between moderate to high levels of carbonation. Little to no acid here. Moderately dry finish. Pretty crisp and clean. Very very easy to drink.
Overall: Well, I have wanted to try this beer since its inception because I am such a Brother Soigne fan. It's probably one of my favorite HF Saisons. It was well worth the wait. This 2019 Soignee bottle has held up incredibly well. Nothing to be disappointed about here! Incredible bottle to be completely honest.

This one pours a very lightly pinkish but mostly orange color, with a slight haze, fluffy head, and lots of lacing.
The aroma is vaguely citrusy, with the original Soigne's blood orange being the star here, with very little overt raspberry character. I do get cherry and lime, but it overall kind of just smells a bit muddled and unfocused?
The taste follows suit there. There's a lot of different fruit additions to this one, but the least interesting one - for me, the blood orange - is the one that comes out most strongly. There's very little raspberry, with a nice dry cherry character, and lots of funky citrus notes. Regular Brother Soigne is much, much better than this.
This is light bodied, crisp, clean, and very drinkable, with a pleasantly citrusy finish.
This wasn't bad by any means, but not really up to the usual standard of this brewery.

Very surprising this sat for so long
Gorgeous red/orange saison with decent head. Nose is all delicate fruit blended with HF barrel aged saison. Taste is delicious fruit without being overwhelming, faint touch of bitterness on the end is delicious

750 mL bottle. Cloudy orange. Smells of orange and lime. Light basement yeast and acidity. Tastes of raspberry, lime, a little sweetness, lightly tart. A bit of earthy yeast. Limey finish. Medium light. Subtle fruit. It's good.

750 ml bottle.
Pours a hazy amber orange color. Small white head with minimal retention. Leaves a fair bit of sticky cobweb lacing.
Aromas of tart cherries, lime, raspberries, hay, and light funk.
Flavor follows the nose. Very citrusy.
Clean, crisp body. Effervescent, lively carbonation.
Overall, about on par with the base beer. Slightly more tart due to the cherry and raspberry.
