Pours a mostly clear, light golden color with an effervescent head that slowly receded to a thin cap. Aroma has a nice complexity to it. Plenty of earthy funk up front, but there are really nice barrel notes lurking beneath. Taste is not as acidic as I anticipated. The result is a nice blend of funk, barrel, lemon, grass and some subtle fruity notes. Just the right amount of carbonation. Clean and lively Really tasty beer. Glad I finally cracked it open.

Hazy golden yellow body. Crisp and grassy with a nice grapefruit bite. A bit of freshly squeezed lemon and a bit of leather. Good hop bite, mild-med floral bitterness. Medium bodied, good carbonation, crisp like an IPA but as complex as a saison.

750 mL bottle. Cloudy orange. Smells of grassy and floral hops, light lemon. Tastes of earthy hops, bright lemon, grassy hops, earthy yeast notes. Pleasant tartness. Medium light. Pleasant and very tasty. A dynamic version of Styrian.

This one pours a hazy golden yellow color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.
This smells like hay-like funk, clove, pear, stone fruit, and that classic citrusy/grassy Hill funk.
This feels a bit more classic saison than new world hop driven saison, perhaps because Styrian is a more subtle and "traditional hop." There's pear, peach rind, clove, grassy hops, and floral funk, with a restrained acidity.
This is light bodied, crisp, and very clean, with a very good drinkability.
I've had a lot of the entries in this series, and this is certainly one of the more unique ones.

From a 750ml bottle. Bottled 09/23/20. Served in a willi becher.
Pours a heavily cloudy mango-yellow with a scant finger of fizzy, short-lived head. Juice-like in appearance. Note: the second pour resulted in a massive flocculant dump of superfund-worthy proportions.
Nose is earthy and floral. Pretty faint but I think I’m picking up on citrus and whatever dry, chalky smell it is that aspirin has.
Taste is super-tart citric and acidic. Lime juice, lime peel, lemon, aspirin, baking soda, citric acid, honey, pee and - totally incongruously - whipped cream.
Feel is smooth and creamy, medium bodied with bright, zesty carbonation.
Overall, tasty enough in a mouthpuckering sort of way. There is a weird disconnect between the under-sweetened-lemonade-and-aspirin taste and the creamy/slick ice cream soda-like body - not necessarily unpleasant; just unexpected and frankly hard to believe that it was intentional.
