The debut of our low-alcohol Farmstead Ale in honor of our four-legged furry friend of the same name. Conditioned for four months, dry hopped with Mosaic and Simcoe hops, and naturally carbonated.

At first surprisingly foggy for such low ABV, the fog appears to be a chill haze that clears up after a few seconds of exposure to room temp, displaying as a burnt yellow hue. The head builds to a lumpy, moderate height of off-white foam before receding to a doily collar and sparse film.
Taste is the most clovey and phenolic of Belgian-like yeast I think I've had in a Hill, which is to say still very subtle, but on show here, accented by a spritz of lemon and the faintest touch of wheat.
The body is moderately light, but filled by a crisp froth that comes to a semi-dry swallow, exhaling a very mild straw funk.
The best low ABV ale I've had.

I had this again over a year later in January 2023 and it immediately struck me how forward of New Zealand-like hoppiness it seemed, with very distinct melon qualities. It has really transformed since that first sip, I mean really, the cucumber melon characteristics are bringing me back to high school in the 00s!

750 ml. bottle.
2.0% abv.
That's two per cent!
Bottle conditioning since 20220331.
Moderate to vigorous pour yields a one inch white head over a slightly hazy straw colored body with a bit of sticky lacing.
Nose is citrus; mostly lemon with a bit of grassy hay and the slightest funk.
Taste follows nose closely with the lemon joined by a bit of orange and other citrus flavors.
Wow!
Great feel for such a low alcohol offering.
Overall; mind blown! Such a surprisingly flavorful beer.
Get your asses up to Greensboro Bend now!!
Cheers!!!

A 750ml bottle, bottle conditioned since 2nd March 2022. Poured into a Tilquin stemmed glass.
Appearance: A lightly hazy golden straw yellow colour, with an almost two finger white head that had good retention and left some nice lacing.
Aroma: Tropical, mango, citrusy, lemon zest, with light floral, funky, and grainy notes.
Taste: Tart, citrusy, grapefruit, lemon zest, tropical, mango, with a touch of grains and funk.
Mouthfeel: Crisp, light bodied with moderate carbonation.
Overall: Enjoyable, refreshing and easy to drink.

On tap.
This is very light of course, but some solid flavors. It is very citrusy however. Lots of lemon, light lime. Saison like, but more shandy like. Not really for me.
