For the next in our harvest season selections, we blended a selection of our Farmstead® ales—all of which spent more than a year in oaken rest—for pairing with red raspberries from the 2020 harvest season at Fisher Brothers Farm in Shelburne, Vt. This blending and pairing expresses a thoughtful representation of the fruit in season.

This one pours a golden pinkish-red color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.
This smells like jammy and seedy raspberry, tart lemon, some light citrusy funk - but it's mostly raspberry.
This is 90% raspberry, with a few other things thrown in for good measure. That's not really a testament to HF or anything - it's just raspberry usually dominates the proceedings, and it's no different here. It's a very well done expression of raspberry, though - perfect amount of acidity v jamminess/sweetness.
This is light bodied, crisp, lightly sour on the back end, with a very nice drinkability overall.
Flora Raspberry was always one of my favorite fruited Floras, and this one is just about as good.

Pours a pinkish 1 finger fizzy head with lower retention, clear cranberry ruby color
Nose brings tons of raspberry, fresh juicy fruit, touch of seed possibly, fair farmhouse funk, tart sour raspberry like, intense raspberry
Taste big juicy raspberry again, tart berry, farmhouse funk but not much, more like tart fruit and souring bacteria funk, fair acidity, no seed tannin, touch flemmy finish
Mouth is med bod, higher frothy carb, bright acidity, little flemmy
Overall very nice tart raspberry beer

375 mL bottle. Bright red. Smells of strong raspberry, yeast notes, bubble gum. Tastes of lots of raspberry here. It's tart raspberry, but not overly sour at all. Has some bubble gum here too, but not enough to bother me much. The back end is just hinting towards band aid, but again never gets there. Reminds me of a Suarez fruit beer in the way it highlights the fruit, except that it's an extremely aggressive fruit flavor.

Clear ruby red with a tall pinkish-white foam head that audibly fizzles out, albeit relatively slowly, to an uneven blanket then sparse film and thin ring.
Taste is far more sour, prickly and sharp than their Pear Harvest, yet not of the acetic variety. It's raspberries galore, wild and gummy both, but still, far too acidic for my liking.
The crisp effervescence makes the light body a little fuller before coming to a sharply stinging semi-dry finish where some drying oak presents before exhaling a little brie-like lactic acid.
