Thanks to james for bringing this beer around like every year. I've become a big fan. Bright yellow with 4/5" white head and good dense retention thereof. Aroma was all the hay, flowers, honey and barnyard a guy could want.

Taste was a lemon bread mixture, wheat(?), light honey, tartness, lots of carbonation that kept it lively and light. Refreshing gets thrown around a lot for light beers, but it really is fitting here. Brett contributes to the breadiness, you feel it stick to your teeth. Where it gets amazing is how the aftertaste and back end of the mouth feel is so crisp and clean, you wouldn't think this is a beer with brett.

I still have a bottle sitting in the fridge. I dunno, I guess it will just take the perfect day around the pool or camping to open it this summer. Legit awesome stuff in terms of how good a saison can be without amping it up into wild ale sour territory.

Bright golden color with a foamy head. The farmhouse sourness is softened by a subtle underpinning of sweet Vermont honey. Very nice balance. Nothing is overdone here--very pleasant.

750bottle dated 11/8/17 purchased at the brewery on 4/18/18 and consumed on 4/24/18. Very similar to Florence and Arthur with the difference of added honey. Slightly more palatable for our tastes but not enough to be enjoyable. No more Saisons from Hill Farmstead for us.

Poured a lovely light yellow gold with a small pinky of head. Upon break there are a few wisps of foam left behind, but there is some nice lacing present.

The smell was lightly funky, fresh and lemony. There were some sweet aspects to it too, I assume from the honey they use.

Flavor was really quite nice. Tart, without being overpowering, funky and a touch of sweetness. The funk and the sweet worked well together to provide a beautiful complement to the tart. This is how all Farmhouse Ales should aim to taste.

Feel is on the light end, with carbonation that is active but not aggressive. Finish is funky and bitter, leaving a dry feel.

Wow, this may be one of the best Farmhouse Ales I have ever had. It hits all the notes and then some. The addition of the honey makes for a lovely taste and the use of the house yeast gives that funky/brett feel that makes this a real winner. A must try for fans of the style.

slightly tart and funky, bready, lemon, not really detecting much honey but that is not an issue. everything comes together so cohesively, awesome stuff!

Pours a beautiful light yellow with white head. Pretty earthy nose, and taste is really what I expect to taste when drinking a saison. Finishes clean. Really didn't pick up on the honey. Good beer.
