Thanks to JealousChalice for sharing this one at mrbubbler's "end of the world" tasting.

Pours a clear brown with a foamy khaki head that settles to an oily film on top of the beer. Small streaks of lace form around the glass on the drink down. Smell is of toasted malt, roasted nuts, and some hop aromas. Taste is much the same with a nice nutty finish and a mild roasty bitterness on the palate with each sip. This beer has a good level of carbonation with a crisp mouthfeel. Overall, this is a good beer that is tasty and easy to drink.

Beautiful dark brown brew, creamy beige head with great retention and lacing.

Hoppy and roasty aroma, balanced and inviting.

Flavor follows: bitter and roasty, but smooth. Coffee notes and extremely bitter chocolate, almost like Baker's. Balanced with earthy, almost spicy hops with a lasting hint of citrus peel.

Extremely lively, medium full feel; smooth, with a very long, semi-dry, bitter finish.

Fantastic brown ale, reminds me of a lighter but more bitter Everett.
