Just was not a fan of this. A bit on the watery side, and some medicinal lingering finish to go along with it. A rare miss from these guys for me.

Pours a dull mahogany hue with a loose, 1/8th inch cream-colored head that disperses towards the edges. Nose is malty with a trace of smoke. Taste follows nose with a hint of molasses sweetness. Mouthfeel is light-medium in body with a pleasant, even carbonation. All and all, a top-notch example of the style.

Looked like motor oil, micha legs that linger for quite a while!

Malty and toasty smell

Taste a bit better than the run-of-the-mill brown (not a huge fan of this version of beer)

Has a good amount of carbs that linger and give this beer some life!

This brown as pretty good. I would drink it if it were given to me, but probably wouldn't actively seek it out (again brown ales aren't my thing).

Fantastic hoppy brown ale. Tastes like it was made yesterday. Hey, it was!

Beautiful dark brown brew, creamy beige head with great retention and lacing.

Hoppy and roasty aroma, balanced and inviting.

Flavor follows: bitter and roasty, but smooth. Coffee notes and extremely bitter chocolate, almost like Baker's. Balanced with earthy, almost spicy hops with a lasting hint of citrus peel.

Extremely lively, medium full feel; smooth, with a very long, semi-dry, bitter finish.

Fantastic brown ale, reminds me of a lighter but more bitter Everett.
