Genealogy of Morals, batches 1 & 2.
The beer is dark brown, nearing black, with a half inch of beige collar. The aroma offers roast, coffee, barrel character, red wine - smells great. Still lots of coffee presence. A hint of spice, perhaps cinnamon. Big barrel notes. Delicious beer. I prefer this to Damon and Port Damon, but Double Damon is superior IMO. Medium to full bodied and slick on the palate. Chocolate notes. hints of dessert wine. Very good.
