Poured from a bottle into a 40CL Hill Farmstead glass
A - Wonderful clarity, strong carbonation and a wonderful tight cap.
S - Loire valley white, mineral, chalkiness, white grape skin. Ash.
T - Follows the nose, wonderful salinity, minerals mirror a dry white wine, fabulous characteristics.
M - Smooth across the palate, a bit oily in he middle, quickly cleaned up by the carbonation. A linger that
begs for another sip.
O - A true delight, the blend offers a complexity that challenges on all levels.

Opened during a CD4-10 vertical tasting. Overall this beer had a huge white grape/wine presence that was semi Chardonnay-like with a nice light tartness. Although this beer was super drinkable and still tasty it seems like the flavors may have become slightly muted since it was released over two years ago and wasn't quite drinking as good as other CDs or the components it is made up of.
