750ml swing top poured into a tulip glass filled on7/29

A: Soapy white head that settles to a film and laces the glass. Body is a bright tan amber with a very murky clarity.

S: lots of papaya and mango a little herbal and earthiness a little cantaloupe and pineapple.

T: Very soft beautiful papaya cantaloupe and honeydew with a little lemon and pineapple mixed in. A little bit of spiciness and bitterness on the end.

M: not as carbonated as #4 softer mouthfeel nice cling of fresh cut grass and a little lemon.

O: This beer is a delight to drink the lush tropical fruit mixed with a huge dose of cantaloupe and grass makes for an easy drinking beer. The soft body great bitterness just makes it outstanding.

Incredible. A bit more juicy and fruity than Double Citra.

This one pours a slightly hazy bright orange, with a small white head, and a good amount of lacing. It was poured on tap in Albany, NY at City Beer Hall.

This smells like crisper blueberry, pine, grapefruit, mango with some definite floral notes as well.

Pretty soon I'll try the whole series here. At this point I think I only need number two, number eight, and number nine. The taste is very similar to the aroma. I don't usually much like Mosaic hops, and this is obviously mostly Mosaic. It shows how good this brewery is that despite that fact, I still really love this beer. It's very crisp, with a movie juicy blueberry and mango feel, and a huge grassiness and floral character on the finish. It's the classic build- it starts quite juicy and then descends into pleasant bitterness.

This is lighter bodied, crisp and airy, with a good level of carbonation.

Anther day, another amazing beer from HF.
