A - Pours a light, murky orange with a frothy head. Nice lacing.
S - Aroma is citrus
T - Flavor is orange and lemon with some citrus pith.
M -Mouth feel is a little creamy, average carbonation.
O - Excellent, wish I had purchased 2 bottles.

One of my favorites from this series. Tons of citrus, grapefruit in both sweet and lightly bitter form. Zest and juice of orange and grapefruit.

Moderate carbonation, stays super soft. Medium body.

Great all around brew, no sign of 8.0 ABV.

This is my third Society and Solitude and I'm very happy I scored it at Hill last weekend. Hoppy, New England flavor bomb of a beer here. Easy feel, very tasty. Hills the best!

awesome hazed golden color, bright white head leaves beautiful lacing. aromas and palate are pithy grapefruit, flesh and rind, pulpy OJ, sweetness reminiscent of honey or bubblegum, biscuit malt, bright slightly spicy herbaceous and floral notes, bit of lemon, touch of mint and pine. as with all the S&S brews, this is incredibly punchy yet simultaneously very soft and balanced. really enjoyable stuff as always!

This was poured into a snifter served at The Reservoir. The appearance was a thick ruddy grapefruit rind color with a slim bar pour’s kind of head that barely left any lacing. The smell was a wonderful combination of the grapefruit pulp and orange pulp. Slight mango and papayas slide in underneath. The taste was mainly bittersweet fully combined. Really tasted like I was drinking my morning orange / grapefruit juice. Awesome smooth transition from aftertaste to finish. On the palate, this one sat about a medium on the body with a fairly decent sipping to sessionable quality about it. Carbonation seemed pretty good as the bittersweetness really impounds my tongue in an awesome manner. Overall, not sure why I’m seeing lower ratings from everyone else but I loved this one. HF knocked it out of the park!
