All the Haggens have a decent beer selection and this one is a touch above most of them, but not at the level of the Ferndale store. Always decent prices on the mainline micros. An ok selection of imports. All the expected seasonals show up. Haggen prices tend to be on the high side for most of their goods and beer is no exception. With a little effort you can most of these beers at better prices. You won't go wrong by stopping in here and you can grab some food to cook while you're there. I've been told by several visitors that Haggen has a better selection than some specialty beer stores in their home areas.

As a grocery store Haggen has probably the best beer selection. Of all the Haggens, this one in particular has a very wide selection probably due to its proximity to WWU. I guess there are some advantages to college drinking for everybody. This Haggen has a very wide selection from all around the world as well as a great craft beer selection of singles and bombers. Not everything is available as singles but there are quite a few six packs available as well.

If you're looking for help finding a particular taste or even beer, you won't find it here although overall the staff is as helpful as possible.

For the most part, everything is fairly pricey relative to other establishments but around here but such is the price you pay if you want something different. Occasionally they do have good sales on items so it's always good to be on the lookout. I can never resist checking out what they have!
