This ale pours a handsome yellow copper color with a generous but short lasting frothy white head. The aroma is off...and not in a good way. It is bitter but dirty smelling. The flavor of this ale follows suit. It is an attempt at hoppy bitter goodness but it falls very short. Instead it tastes of an ale attempting to be hopslam or huma lupa licious but falling o. Those glorious citrusy hop notes and just tasting stale, old, and tired. I can see what Oddsides is going for here but unfortunately they just don't hit the mark.

Pours a crisp and crystal clear light golden yellow with a thin layer of thick bubbles.

Earthy, piney, grassy, and slightly citrusy hops appear in the aroma with a bit of sweet toasted malt notes.

The piney and grassy notes emerge in flavor as well, but the citrus comes out a bit more in flavor while a strong and solid toasted malt backbone provides balance.

Light-bodied, medium-high carbonation, crisp, clean, grassy and herbal bitterness.

Overall, a rather simple and very drinkable brew.

A- A pale golden color with plenty of carbonation feeding an ample and billowy white two finger head.

S- Tangerines, grapefruit and lemon zest immediately fill my senses. Smells delicious.

T- The citrus of the hops in the nose become sweeter and are met with a pale biscuit malt flavor. The two merge together gracefully. The finish is dry and mildly spicy.

M- Very easy to drink and goes down nicely. No problems.

O- This is personally a favorite of mine. Great citrus flavor from the hops that I love is backed properly and proportionately with a mild but flavorful malt bill. I have only had a few of these and I will be looking for them in the future.

12 FL. OZ. bottle
Served in a tulip glass

A - It is golden with yellow highlights. It has very little off-white head.

S - It has a light, fresh floral and citrus aroma.

T - It has a crisp citrus element. Some bitterness builds as I consume it. The more I drink. The more I like it.

M - Moderate

O - At first I wasn't impressed. The more I drank. The more impressed I became. This would be a great all day beer, especially in the warmer months.
