Bottled 4/26/16; drank 6/7/16 @ the Yarchives.
Cloudy pale yellow appearance.
Small bright white head; nice, frothy lace.
Grapefruit, pineapple & cane sugar notes in the nose.
Medium thin mouthfeel.
Grapefruit & faint pineapple flavors up front; dry wheat notes on the finish.
A pleasant, fruity, balanced wheat beer. This would do quite well on a hot summer day...

12 oz bottle. Pours a lightly hazed yellow with a lacy white crown. Aroma of grapefruit, lemon and wheat. Taste is a bit strange with some citrus, light grapefruit, mild wheat and a faint bitterness.

Pours a golden blonde body with some reddish sediment with a thin 1/2 finger head that recedes to a bubbly cloudy cap.
Aromas of tangerines and candy grapefruit. Some malty aromas behind that.
The flavor is both grapefruit and wheat but neither of them stand out beyond the other. The grapefruit is kind of candy-like, like the nose, and artificial; the wheat is not exactly soft but leaves a nice aftertaste. Slightly sour and tart, but not overtly so. It's ok.
The beer is so carbonated it's hard to tell what's underneath. It's painful to drink, in a way that if you were sick you'd drink it to make your stomach feel better. You take a sip and it just foams up into prickly, painful, electric carbonation. A slightly starchy finish.
Overall, it's a beer I'd probably not have again, it's too plain and way over carbonated.

12 oz. bottle, bottled 04/26/16 printed on the label. A new one to me from Odd Side Ales, acquired a single bottle of this stuff from the local bottle shop for $1.83. "Wheat beer with grapefruit added".
Poured into a Duvel tulip snifter.
A - Pours a crisp hazy golden yellow body, some pulpy sediment visible in the body. Conjures up about a finger of foamy white head that leaves some okay fluffy lacing. Appears adequately carbonated. Looks nice per the style.
S - Aroma is simple and pleasant: lots of grainy earthy wheat malt, paired with good authentic earthy grapefruit citrus / peel flavor. Light pungent grapefruit tartness. Slightly creamy, with some peaches n' cream type smells. Fleshy. Fruity. Smells good.
T - Taste is the same: keeps it simple, but very flavorful. Earthy wheat malt, with lots of good citrusy, earthy, bitter grapefruit juice / rind flavor. The two compliment each other nicely, and give off flavors of peaches, nectarines, & tangerine also. Crisp, earthy, fruity, & juicy stuff.
M - Feel is very smooth, crisp, clean, juicy, lightly bitter / citrusy / rind-y, with lingering grapefruit on the finish. Semi-dry, but fluid and exceptionally easy drinking stuff with a modest 4.50% abv. Semi-quenching. Very easy summer drinking stuff.
Overall, quite an enjoyable offering from Odd Side Ales. Look forward to trying more of the random wheat ales i picked up from these guys!!

Pale yellow color, SLIGHTLY cloudy with very little foam, and the smell is almost non-present. Taste wise this beer is VERY refreshing. Smooth wheat beer with a light citrus/fruity after taste.
