This is a clean modern looking restaurant with a grey stone bar that seats about 20, Plenty of tables for dining, and the one wall is a non-stop cushion for all the tables. A smaller second bar is in the rear of the restaurant, but was not open on this visit. Large mirrors cover the walls to make th place look big. There is a cool wall that contain some tap handles separated in individual cubes. There is also a large Hendrix painting in the middle of the place.

There were about 24 drafts here with a nice variety of style from Bootleggers, Green Flash, New Belgium, Deschutes, Lost Abbey, Lagunitas, DFH, and Golden Road to name a few. The beers the group had were all fresh.

Service was friendly but a bit slow as the bartenders were stuck making loads of mixed drinks and talking to the locals. The food we had was good but was a bit slow in coming out.

Definitely a nice stop as the beer and food quality is good and the atmosphere is enjoyable.

This is a great local place to grab a beer and some small bites. They have a ton of taps, but beers don't rotate very often so you know what you are gonna get before you go. I have had some seasonal type beers there and a couple special bottles. When they have Lips of Faith Eric's Wild Ale on tap i usually grab that.

The food here is actually really good. Olives, calamari and the burger are all personal favorites.

Service is always great here. It gets crowded Thur - Sat so be prepared for a litte bit of a wait. I have never had trouble getting a table, but its first come first serve. Its no longer happy hour all night, but still on early and i believe there is a late night happy hour now as well.

If you live nearby and are looking for an unassuming but reliable pint, this is the spot.

When you visit Bar Food the staff will make you feel like you have been going for years. The Irish owner created this gastropub as a place that he would like to hang out at every day. The food is great and he has added pleasant twists to classic Irish food. They have happy hour ALL NIGHT with $3.50 pints of Firestone Pale 31, Union Jack, Jalama Beach Naked Blonde, and Lazy Dog Amber. If that was not enough, they also have free hot dogs. The food and beer prices are reasonable. The beer selection is good but I don't even bother buying anything but the cheap Firestone brews.
