Golden colour, clear. Foam of ecru colour, very high and persistent. Pours nicely on the glass.
Aroma: intensely hoppy, fruity (tangerine), slightly caramel and resinous. Actually, the resinous notes are most intense on the finish.
The taste feels like there's an IBU of 65, because it's bitter. The bitterness is resinous, high and long.
Saturation medium. Body medium upwards. Texture seems mixed, smooth at first and rough on the finish. Aftertaste long, dry, resinous. 3,9/5

I am trying this beer off the tapper at the Boise, Idaho location as part of a four sample flight. It poured a clear golden with white head which left a spotty lace. The beer was nicely balanced and easy to drink. The mouthfeel was lighter in body with good carbonation. Overall it is a solid beer.

draught
Nearly clear, medium gold, with the slightest touch of orange, for the look. Definite grapefruit peel in the aroma, with a little off-dry, medium light toasted malt, with a bit of caramelization. Somewhat light on the taste, of which is an easy citrus peel one, mainly lemon/grapefruit, with a medium light toast malt, giving it an off-dry character. Finishes with a little malt and mainly, easy citrus peel flavors.

A: The beer is clear amber yellow in color and has a moderate amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a quarter finger high white head that died down, leaving a large patch of bubbles on the surface, a narrow collar around the edge, and some specks of lacing down the sides of the glass.
S: Moderate aromas of mango and citrusy hops are present in the nose along with underlying hints of caramel malts.
T: The taste follows the smell, except that flavors of the underlying caramel malts are a little stronger and the hops also contribute a light to moderate amount of bitterness.
M: It feels just about medium-bodied and somewhat crisp on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This is a classic IPA and has a nice depth of aromas and flavors given it only uses a single hop. It is very easy to drink.

12oz can (dated 6/10/21) poured into 16oz tulip. Poured a densely cloudy orange-yellow color with a half-inch of white head that had low retention and lacing.

Hop froward, mostly citrus (grapefruit) and pine. very light grain/malt base.

Similar on the tongue, with the addition of some generic frootiness. Still very low grain.

The body was medium, maybe a bit towards the light side, generally smooth, and had a medium finish.

Drinkability was OK, but I wasn't left wanting another.

Overall, a fairly average brew. Worth the tick.

Pours a clear light amber with soft fine head.

Smell is fruity and citrusy with notes of peach, pine and a hint of sulphur.

Taste is fruity and soft with a solid bitterness. Notes of citrus, peach, pine and lemonade with a hint of caramel.

Mouthfeel is medium, well carbonated.

Overall, a nice IPA, sort of west coast lite.

This beer is interesting. Not like any other IPA I've tried, but that doesn't mean it's great. Its got low carbonation, not dry, and light on flavor. Tastes citrusy but lacks the IPA characteristics Im looking for (hoppy/bitter). Overall decent. I give it a 3 across the board.
