Poured from 12 oz can into glass mug. Colour is a nice orange/amber with a thin tan head. Smells of strong hops and citrus rind. Taste much the same as the aroma with what I detect are berries. There is also some pine crepping through as with most West Coast style IPAs. Mouthfeel is great, goes down a little too good. Thank you I'll have another. Prost!

Pours a coppery gold with large rough head that leaves some lace. Nose is some tropical canned fruit, frankness, and citrus rind. Taste is more towards citrus rind with a good bitterness and full malt backbone. Nice full mouthfeel as well. Overall, a very good IIPA.

Pours a frosted orange with two fingers of white head. Head formation is foamy. Retention is so-so for a DIPA. Lacing is bubbly and extensive, at least at the start of the glass. Halfway through the glass, and the lacing starts to trail off. Aroma is driven by hops, with specific notes of resin, fruity, and a hint of pine. Flavor profile opens up lightly with notes of resin and fruit hops. Hop notes grow, becoming much more pronounced half way through the flavor profile. PIne shows up as an additional note when the flavor profile heats its peak. Mouth feel is smooth, with a filling, medium consistency. Overall, a solid DIPA. Nothing special, but certainly nothing terrible.

Served in a 12oz snifter.

Out of a sampling of numerous IPAs and double IPAs the last week all highly rated with most rated better than hop diggity im perplexed. This beer is easily, not even close the best of the bunch. Smells amazing of mangoes, dank resiny pine, papaya, blueberries. Taste is similar with a delicious bready sweet malt. No bitter aftertaste. The finish is dry and smooth. Great stone fruit flavor in taste. Incredible DIPA.

Clear golden with a touch of orange. Two fingers of white head that lasts about ten minutes. Not much lace.
Smell is dank herbal funky hops. Some bread crust malt.
Taste is dank bitter herbal citrus pithy hops. Malts are present but not up to reigning in the bitterness.
Mouthfeel is medium to full with average carbonation. Finish is long dry and mostly bitter.
Overall a tasty and enjoyable beer.

Just picked up the new cans. Pours a pretty dark orange with nice head and no lacing. Smell is wonderful. Orange, grapefruit and pine. Balanced tropical fruit, bitter hops and slight malt taste. I really like this.

Picked up a single from TW Arrowhead in early January for $1.99. Canned on 10-16-15.

Beer poured orange with a soap bubble head that dissipated quickly.

Nose is nice and citrusy.

Taste is citrus and tropical with an overly bitter finish.

Mouthfeel is medium bodied and smooth.

Overall not a bad beer but the finish is a bit abrasive. I would love to try a fresh version of this. Worth a shot if you come across it.

Pours rich copper orange, intense fruity and juicy Hop aroma. Flavor is similar, but a little too buttery for me (diacetyl?). Cheers!

On tap at the brewery, Vista, CA.
Sheeting gold. 4
Sour peach. 4
Shortbread then orange whip, resin, and light pine. 3.75
Lime end and herbal linger.
Light-medium, some oil, smooth. 4

Bittered with Warrior and dry hopped with copious amounts of Falconer’s Flight and Nelson

Averagely excellent San Diego DIPA. Sticky enough, with all the C hops, and Pilsner malts show how it stays light-bodied. Does it ever get boring to drink beers this good? 4
