Sweet and malty, very fragrant. Rich nutty flavors with a hint of walnut skins in the bitterness. Deep malt flavor, slightly browned. Dark amber color, nice lacing in the small tulip. Somewhat watery body with a slight oily mouthfeel. Hoppy bitterness in the aftertaste wih great Belgian raspy yeastiness. Very restrained yet full of all the farmhouse flavors. One of my favorite Saisons this year.

Very clear amber on the pour. Kind of a soapy profile. Very mild sweet tone on there as well. The flavor kind of drops off a bit sooner than I would like, but it does stay consistent while it is there. This strikes me as very much a "table" beer, though the abv is realistically a bit high for that type of label at 6.7%.
