Clear amber body with a decent white head.
Flavorful for style. Mildly bitter and hoppy finish.
Medium light body and carbonation.

Trying this beer at Pie Factory in Floreance, AL. It poured a clear golden with white head that is leaving a spotty lace. The scent is non-descript. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink. The mouthfeel was lighter in body with good carbonation. Overall it was a decent beer.

Light clear golden color with white cap and lacing.

Aroma of light spice and Summer flowers. Some sweet malt as well.

Taste is fuller than the scent. On entry sweet, mild malt comes first with countering hop bitterness at the back of the palate. This simple theme is played through to the finish with a lingering mild hop bittering in the aftertaste. Simple but nice, unassuming and friendly.

Light texture with balancing carbonation.

Brewer refers to this as a "German Style Ale" with a hint of hops on the finish. That pretty well sums it up and taken at face value seems like a brew of little substance. It's more than that, punching above it's weight and delivering a bit more than it promises.
