Poured from the can into a pint glass. The appearance is a hazy bright yellow with a large white head. The aroma is packed with fruit and yeast. The taste is a crisp with a nice hop flavor. The beer is heavily carbonated.

Canned 2/25/15
Thanks to Jim for this one!

Pours a hazy canary yellow, ample foam that reduces down to an unbroken skim after a few sips. Spotty lacing all around the glass. Rapid carb trails visible.

Aroma is yeasty and lightly floral, trace white grape as is usual for Kölsch yeast.

Taste is nicely crisp and lemony, with an earthy hop bitterness in the aftertaste. Fleeting fruitiness up front, lemon zest and tangy white grape. Body is crisp and full feeling, but more of a light-bodied summer drinker. More assertively hopped than most Kölsch, which is still relatively low, but definitely noticeable. A fine Kölsch, simplicity is highly underrated.
