L) Pours a light copper/amber hue with a white head. Good retention and lacing.

S) Aroma is grains, caramel, and surprisingly hop forward and floral.

T) Everything present on the nose is on the tongue. Again, the hoppiness is a smidge high for the style, but it is still a pleasant resin note to balance the sweetness. Ever so slight diacetyl character, which is perfectly fine for the style.

F) Has a crisp, full body, and medium/high carbonation. Easy drinking.

O) Solid brew, although it definitely is an American Red Ale rather than Irish as the brewery claims.

Pours a hazy mahogany color. 1/3 inch head of an off-white color. Great retention and good lacing. Smells of caramel malt, slight sweet malt, spicy hops, slight honey, hint of tea, and a hint of corn. Fits the style of an Irish Red Ale. Mouth feel is sharp and clean, with an average carbonation level. Tastes of caramel malt, slight sweet malt, spicy hops, slight honey, and a hint of tea. Overall, good appearance, blend, corn was a pleasant lightening affect, and not overly tea-centric.

Overall: A good red ale. More dependable than exciting.
L: Red. Creamy head. Nice lacing.
S: Bready malts and herbal, tangy hops.
T: Bready and hoppy. Balanced, but not complex. Straightforward. Not much of an aftertaste.
M: Medium/light body. Biting and sparkly.

Pours clear, ruby red, with 1/2 inch head. Taste is toasted malt, light breadiness, with herbal hops. This makes for a slightly above average, sessionable red ale that is good enough to try, but not rush out for.

Enjoyed from the bottle in a snifter from my doctor friend---Thanks Chris!

This ale pours a medium ruby red with a beautiful head of foam that dissipates to a thick layer and ring with excellent lacing. Nose if weak---a dash of sweet malt, some grains, and a touch of hops. Flavors follow the nose with a medium hopped lightly sweet ale with a lightly bitter hop and grain flavor to the aftertaste. Solid and sessionable, especially on a hot day, but nothing too outstanding. Crisp and highly carbonated mouth feel. Decent

Cheers
